I wanted to share this article since I found it very interesting. Its about Metabolic Syndrome. One of the causes is an inactive lifestyle. I am a firm believer that you should always have an active lifestyle. Go walking in the park, running, biking, anything active. Incorporate it in your daily life. I know we are all busy but I am sure we can all find time to do something active and start living healthy ad fit.
