When Not to Exercise Are you too sick, tired, or sore to work out -- or are you slacking off?.

I found this great article on when not to work out. I love to work out and I do it every day. I do use variety of workouts since the fitness program I am involved in is the P90X and it covers all aspects of the body. Everyone needs a fitness routine that works the entire body.
