Interesting article on Robert Downey Jr.'s training for Iron Man 2

Just came across this article on how Robert Downey Jr. trained for Iron Man 2. The goal for his fitness was make it fun, effective and in a short amount of time! He also incorporated Yoga into the training. I love Yoga and you should definitely incorporate Yoga as part of your exercise. I am amazed at how flexible I have become ever since I started Yoga.
