I have not blogged in a long while, as you all know I am currently in a Warrior Training Course for the Army in Fort Sill, OK. My actual training starts in September 9th, and until than we are just doing details and learning about what to expect from our training.
I have been appointed the leader and I accepted and so far I have been doing pretty good.

As far as fitness I am staying fit here at the Army base. We do physical training every weekday. And every other day I do my P90X AB Ripper X. I also do some pull ups and push ups.

I just purchased RevAbs and my goal when I complete my Army training is to start P90X Doubles and RevAbs by mid October. So by Dec 2010 I will have completed 90 days of P90X Doubles and RevAbs. I will bring it 100%.
