I love fitness and enjoy motivating people to get fit and healthy! Join me in the fitness and health revolution! I was born in Paterson, NJ. I have 2 awesome sons in college, a beautiful and supportive girlfriend, and our two amazing mini dachshunds, they are my strength and my drive to succeed! We live in the Sunshine State. I am an Iraqi Freedom war veteran, did 7 years in the Air Force and 3 years in the Army. One of my goals is to be a certified fitness instructor!
